HISTORY OF BSP ZAPIN
17 Oktober 2001
The history of the establishment of BSP Zapin is closely linked to the history of the founding of BSP, which was formed on October 17, 2001, to manage the CPP WK from PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia, whose contract expired on August 8, 2002.
FURTHERMORE
BSP and PT Pertamina were authorized by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to manage the CPP WK, which covers an area of 9,135.06 km² in Riau Province, spanning several regencies/cities, namely: Siak Regency, Bengkalis Regency, Kampar Regency, Rokan Hilir Regency, Rokan Hulu Regency, Pelalawan Regency, Pekanbaru City, and Dumai City.
BSP IN ITS JOURNEY
Throughout its journey, BSP has established several subsidiaries that serve as sources of revenue and facilitate new business development across various sectors. One such subsidiary is BSP Zapin, which has been entrusted with managing business operations in the downstream Oil & Gas sector.

BSP Zapin was established based on Notary Deed Tito Utoyo, SH. No. 18 dated November 8, 2013, and ratified by the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-68444.AH.01.01. of 2013, with the shareholder composition as follows:
BSP (99,46%) dan SPE (0,54%).
