Dalam rangka memperingati Bulan K3 Nasional 2025 dengan tema “Penguatan Kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Mendukung Penerapan Sistem Manajemen K3 (SMK3)”, PT BSP Zapin berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan kesadaran dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dalam penerapan Sistem Manajemen K3 (SMK3). PT BSP Zapin menggelar serangkaian kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk membangun budaya kerja yang lebih aman, sehat, dan produktif. A cleaning and workspace arrangement activity to create a safer, more comfortable, and hazard-free work environment, held on February 10, 2025, in the SM Pusako Area.
First Aid Training
A first aid training for employees to enhance preparedness in handling emergencies in the workplace, held on February 11, 2025, in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Siak Regency.
K3 Quiz Competition
An interactive competition on Occupational Safety and Health (K3) to test and enhance employees' understanding of K3 principles, held on February 12, 2025
Health Talk: The Dangers of Metabolic Disorders
A health education session on the risks and prevention of metabolic disorders to raise awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle in the workplace, in collaboration with Awal Bros Hospital Pekanbaru on February 12, 2025.
Through this activity, PT BSP Zapin hopes to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) and to foster a stronger safety culture in the workplace.
